The inaugural team meeting was scheduled to acquaint ourselves with our newly established headquarters in the STEM building and organization. Our agenda included a comprehensive exploration of the facility and its resources, a focused review of crucial sections within the 140-page rulebook relevant to the overarching concept of the vehicle, and the pivotal task of delegating responsibilities among team members.
The team utilizes an Excel-based task manager as the core tool for detailed task planning, including descriptions, assignments, due dates, and progress tracking. This structured approach is complemented by Power BI, enhancing project management with dynamic visualizations and real-time insights. Together, these tools create an efficient system for task delegation, collaboration, and comprehensive project monitoring.
Utilizing the rulebook as a catalyst for concept generation, the team was able to stratgize and begin fostering a balance between compliance and creativity.
