mANUFACTURING tEAM sETS TO WORK
With the Chassis and Suspension team’s coming close to a final design, the manufacturing team has set its sights on creating a specialized jig to precisely position the chassis and tubing for our spaceframe chassis production. This jig is crucial for ensuring accurate alignment before welding, a key factor in the structural integrity of the final product. Employing advanced engineering principles, the team is dedicated to designing a jig that meets the highest standards of precision while streamlining the welding process.
In parallel, the team is actively practicing welding techniques to hone their skills and achieve consistent, high-quality welds. This hands-on approach ensures readiness for the actual production process, minimizing errors and maximizing reliability. The integration of the purpose-built jig and emphasis on skill development reflect a commitment to enhancing both the quality and efficiency of our spaceframe chassis manufacturing.
As we advance in creating the jig and refining welding techniques, the team takes pride in contributing to the production of honed high-performance chassis. This commitment to excellence ensures that our manufacturing processes remain innovative, delivering products that align with our design surpass expectations and reach industry standards.
